        In order to cultivate the safety awareness of all employees, enhance their self-defense and self-rescue capabilities, prevent and reduce the occurrence of various fire accidents, and create a safe and healthy working environment, on the afternoon of August 15, 2023, Ningbo Zhongji invited a fire safety instructor to our company to conduct a fire safety knowledge training for all employees.

        During the training, the instructor first played a video of a fire. By combining one real, tragic and thought-provoking fire case after another, he vividly expounded on the dangers of fire. He particularly emphasized the serious threat that types of fires such as gas fires and electrical fires pose to people's lives and safety, highlighting the suddenness of fires and the importance of self-rescue and fire extinguishing. From the perspective of popularizing fire prevention knowledge, this paper introduces in a simple and understandable way the key points of fire alarm, fire extinguishing grades, classification of fire extinguishers, as well as fire escape skills and common sense for fire prevention. Subsequently, Instructor Li interacted with the employees, allowing them to personally experience the usage methods of fire extinguishers and fire masks, as well as the skills for escaping from a fire.
        This fire safety training and drill effectively combined theory with practice, enhancing employees' fire safety awareness and disaster prevention and mitigation skills, popularizing fire safety knowledge, and achieving good results.
