       To further enhance the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of employees, strengthen the enterprise's safety defense line, and deeply integrate Party building work with safety production, while also reinforcing the sense of responsibility and exemplary role of Party members, on March 30, 2026, the Party branch of Ningbo Zhongji Machinery Parts Testing Co., Ltd. joined hands with the Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association and Jiulong Lake Adult School The Jiulong Lake Fire Brigade was specially invited to hold a special training session on fire safety and a theme party day activity with the theme of "Party Building Leading Safety, Fire Practical Operation Enhancing Skills". All the Party members, active applicants for Party membership and employees of the company participated together.

       At the beginning of the event, the person in charge of the fire brigade and the relevant leaders of the company's Party branch conducted on-site inspections and guidance on the fire safety facilities, daily management work and the implementation of the Party member safety responsibility post of Ningbo Zhongji. The inspection team highly affirmed the solid achievements made by the company in the construction of fire safety systems, equipment allocation, and the cultivation of employee awareness. They particularly recognized the work measures taken by the Party branch to incorporate safety production into the performance assessment of Party members and assign safety responsibilities to each Party group and each Party member. They believed that the company's integration of Party building and safety production was in place, the safety foundation was solid, and the responsibility implementation was closed-loop.         During the event, the company's Party branch issued an initiative, calling on all Party members to take this activity as an opportunity to strive to be the propagandists, supervisors and emergency responders of the enterprise's fire safety, take the lead in learning fire safety knowledge, abiding by fire safety regulations and mastering practical skills, and use the vanguard strength of Party members to drive all employees to enhance their safety literacy, so that the Party flag can fly high on the front line of production safety.

       Subsequently, Captain Chen from the Fire Brigade delivered a vivid practical teaching session on fire-fighting equipment to all the trainees, which was also the core practical link of this theme party day activity. Team Leader Chen elaborated in detail on the usage principle and operation essentials of dry powder fire extinguishers, focusing on providing specialized guidance on the handling of fire hazards in the production scenarios of enterprises. He also organized Party members to take the lead and employees to follow up, conducting practical fire extinguishing drills in sequence to ensure that each participant could proficiently master the standard steps of "lifting, pulling, grasping, and pressing". The Party members took the lead and practiced repeatedly. They also actively assisted the workers around them in correcting their operation movements, fully playing a leading and exemplary role. Immediately after, Captain Chen demonstrated on the spot the installation and usage methods of fire hydrants. From connecting the water hose, tightening the interface to aiming the water gun, the steps were clear and the movements were standard. The Party members and employees observed carefully and practiced one by one, further enhancing their practical application ability of fire protection facilities.

       In the later stage of the training, all the personnel visited the fire engine in an orderly manner under the guidance of the firefighters. The firefighters, in combination with various rescue equipment and gear in the vehicle, explained one by one their functions, uses, operation procedures and practical application scenarios. The Party members took the initiative to record the key points, actively asked questions and exchanged views, deeply understanding the professionalism and importance of fire rescue work, and more profoundly realizing their own responsibilities and missions in the enterprise's fire safety work. During the visit, the Party branch also organized Party members to conduct on-site discussions, exchange experiences on fire safety work in light of their actual positions, sort out fire hazard points in their positions, and clarify the key points of subsequent safety prevention and control.。
       This fire safety training was combined with the theme party day activities, which not only enriched the forms of Party building activities but also effectively implemented the leading role of Party building in the actual work of production safety, achieving a deep integration of "Party building + safety". The event was rich in content and highly practical. It not only effectively enhanced the fire safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of all employees, but also strengthened the sense of responsibility and vanguard model awareness of Party members. It has built a dual defense line of Party building and safety for the company's safe and stable development, and provided a solid safety guarantee for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
