Recently, according to the General Hospital Group's "Notice on Fire Safety Inspection and Training", we decided to carry out fire safety inspection and training in order to implement the fire safety responsibilities of all departments and subsidiaries, prevent fire accidents and maintain the safety of employees' personal property.
On Monday, 28 November, we conducted a self-inspection of fire safety. The contents of the self-inspection included the use of high-powered electrical appliances in offices and dormitories; office computers and equipment not being switched off during non-working hours; private wire connections and arbitrary changes to electrical facilities; electric bicycles entering office buildings for charging; smoking in office areas and littering flammable and combustible materials; piling up miscellaneous objects in office areas and occupying fire evacuation routes; illegal use of combustion appliances in public places; and the production and operation of dangerous and inflammable products. The departments are also aware of the problems arising from the self-inspection. Each department will make a list of the problems arising from the self-inspection, together with the methods and time limits for rectification, to ensure that safety hazards are eliminated in the bud.
On Tuesday, 29 November, at 14:00, a unified online video training session will be held for all staff.
The fire safety activities have comprehensively enhanced the emergency response capability of all staff to fire and effectively raised the awareness of fire safety. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the inspection work, for the safety of hidden problems on-site feedback and require timely rectification, and effectively put clear responsibility to the person, to achieve the inspection of a, rectification of a, safety a "implementation of fire safety responsibilities, to prevent safety risks" on the outstanding issues and major hidden dangers will be notified of criticism and the adoption of punishment. Continuously improve the fire awareness of all staff, to do prevention before it is too late, to ensure the safe operation of the company, to create a good fire safety environment, to escort the safety of life and property.
