     Recently, our city was hit head‑on by a severe typhoon, bringing sustained strong winds and extreme heavy rainfall, creating an extremely severe flood and typhoon prevention situation. Faced with the menacing extreme weather, Ningbo Zhongji Machinery Parts Testing Co., Ltd. responded immediately at the first warning, and took solid measures of "Prevention First, Full Protection" to fully safeguard the safety of the company's personnel and property. 

 

     Carry Out Comprehensive Inspections to Build a Solid Safety "Protective Wall" 
     To eliminate potential hazards at the initial stage, the company assigned dedicated staff to carry out a full‑coverage safety hazard inspection on key areas including the office building, laboratories and processing workshops. Inspections were conducted one‑by‑one on the firmness of doors and windows and the fixing of outdoor facilities. Drainage ditches were cleared and dredged in a timely manner, and loose facilities and equipment were reinforced.

     Pay Attention to Every Detail for Omni‑directional Protection. The General Management Department pasted wind‑proof tape on all doors and windows of the company to improve the wind‑pressure resistance of glass and minimize secondary risks brought by the typhoon. 
     Considering that the company is located in Tangu Industrial Zone, Jiulonghu Town, key inspections were carried out on low‑lying flood‑prone areas and hidden dangers of power lines. The reserve and allocation of flood‑control materials such as sandbags and emergency lighting supplies were completed in advance. Meanwhile, rainproof and moisture‑proof protection measures were implemented for more than 300 sets of laboratory equipment to ensure that precision testing instruments would not be affected by the typhoon. 
     Work In Unity to Guard the "Lifeline" of Property Safety 
     During the typhoon, the General Management Department arranged on‑site duty staff to patrol key areas at regular intervals for timely hazard detection and disposal. In the face of sustained strong winds and heavy rains, department employees voluntarily gave up their rest time, stuck to their posts and took turns on patrol. Right after the typhoon, the General Management Department immediately organized post‑disaster inspections, and conducted a comprehensive assessment of office premises, laboratory equipment, water and electricity pipe networks. It was confirmed that the company achieved zero casualties, zero property loss and zero equipment damage, and resumed normal testing work in the shortest possible time. 
     In this battle against the severe typhoon, Ningbo Zhongji Machinery Parts Testing Co., Ltd. delivered a satisfactory result of "Personnel Safety and Zero Property Loss" through rapid response, thorough hazard checks and united collaboration.
